Czech Bird & Bird transactional team has assisted KB SmartSolutions, s.r.o. with strategic investment into the FinTech company Lemonero s.r.o. through the acquisition of shares in its parent company MonkeyData s.r.o..
Lemonero is a new Czech start-up that offers fast and flexible operational financing in the field of e-commerce through a digital platform, data use and artificial intelligence. Lemonero mainly finances small and medium-sized e-shops not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Europe. The entire process of obtaining the capital takes place online and serves primarily to support the companies’ growth or stabilisation of their existing cash-flow.
