This month, we report on the High Court’s judgment in Revive a Phone Ltd v WeFix (Ian Karet sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge; [2022] EWHC 2195 (Ch); 19 August 2022) where the High Court comments on the role elements with a low distinctive character play in the assessing similarity between two marks.
