I advise clients on disruptive digital technology adoption including cloud computing, AI, blockchain, agile software development and open source licensing, with a particular focus on FinTech.

The last couple of years have been awash with blockchain implementation projects. Many have not been successful because organizations have not focused on the problem that needs to be solved (i.e. the use case) and how blockchain (rather than other technologies, including those based on central databases) can help solve that problem.
