What are ESIC members entitled to?

• Three free hours of legal advice (in a twelve month period) on general esports commercial or certain esports regulatory matters (anti-corruption, anti-doping, and child protection/athlete welfare), on up to three separate legal queries. 
• If you require more than three hours' advice, you may benefit from further advice at a discounted rate.

What can we help you with?

The following advice in relation to drafting and negotiating contracts:

• franchise, team and player agreements;
• staging, hosting and venue hire agreements;
• ticketing, merchandising and hospitality agreements;
• media rights agreements; and
• general commercial contracts.

Regulatory advice such as:

• drafting safeguarding and child protection guidance and protocols;
• advice on the prevention of doping and corruption; and
• advice on how to respond to suspicions of doping, corruption or harm to children and young people.

3 steps to using the service

	In order to use the service, you should submit your first query using the online form
	A member of our esports team will then get in touch in order to undertake some necessary client care checks (and, in straightforward terms, explain what they are and why they are necessary) and obtain further details about the query.
	Subject to satisfactory client care checks and your confirmation that you agree to our terms– we'll arrange for your query to be addressed by the team.
