The national law on enforcement of the Digital Services Act was finally signed on 28 December 2023 and will enter into force on 17 February 2024.
Please note this is the piece of legislation intended to support the DSA in Denmark, as the scope of the law is wider than the title might suggest, the law governs all the applicable areas set out for the member countries to enact specific provision on themselves.
