Mathias Mølsted Andersen

I am an associate in our Danish Tech & Comms team where I advise on both contractual and regulatory matters.

I work with matters on various kinds of information technology advising both suppliers and customers on contracts pertaining to all types of consultancy, licensing, acquisitions or sales. I assist with matters on information technology related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including transitional services. Further, I advise on communication assets and industry and digital development projects in general, whether that be purely legal or also combined with commercial advice.

I also advise on any regulatory questions, regulatory projects as well, due to my knowledge on regulatory affairs, including having co-authored a book on information security with focus on the Danish legislation enacting European Union measures on cybersecurity.

I pride myself on being keenly aware of firstly the commercial reality of any project ensuring that legal aspects are not considered in a vacuum but rather as part of the holistic business and/or organisational process that all technology matters are a part of. Secondly, I am aware of the need to include you as a business or organisation as well as any other advisers you might employ.
