COVID-19

With the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) recognised as a global pandemic, businesses across the world have had to adapt to the outbreak with a focus on health and well being of staff being paramount, whilst also trying to maintain business continuity.

Companies, big and small, are facing business critical challenges: disruption of supply chains; contractual obligations not being able to be met; extensive travel restrictions in place for many; employers having concerns over the well being of staff members and needing to ensure that they are fully aware of their legal obligations to their employees, as well as issues in a number of other areas, including in relation to intellectual property and data.

As the virus continues to have a significant impact in some countries, others are now figuring out how to return to “normal”.

Our lawyers around the world are working alongside clients and authorities to provide regular updates on how to navigate this period of global uncertainty.
