Stage of Implementation 

The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has prepared the first version of the draft law. The draft is currently being opinioned by the European Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After considering the opinions and comments received, the draft will be submitted to the Council of Ministers and then to Parliament.
