I am the head of Dispute Resolution team based in Warsaw. I am particularly experienced in complex technical disputes including construction disputes.

I have been advising leading corporate clients from the construction, automotive, energy and beverage & food sectors since 1996. I advise clients on creating dispute resolution strategies and policies, represent them and lead contract negotiations, especially infrastructural and construction contracts.

My dispute resolution experience covers hundreds of cases, in which I have represented clients before the Supreme Court and the common court, before the administrative courts (including the Supreme Administrative Court), arbitration proceedings according to the rules of the ICC, SCC, LCIA, Polish Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Court (KIG), as well as ad hoc arbitration according to equity rules, in international arbitration proceedings according to the rules of UNCITRAL, and cross-border insolvency.

I have repeatedly been a speaker in debates, conferences and panel discussions devoted to the problems of international arbitration of investment and economic development.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I was head of a litigation team for a world leader in construction and development.
