Zoe Symes

I am an associate in our international corporate group in London. I have experience advising on corporate transactions, including in equity capital markets, and public and private M&A transactions.

I joined Bird & Bird in July 2023 and work with clients operating across a wide range of sectors, notably life sciences and healthcare, energy and utilities, and media and entertainment.

I have worked on a range of transactions including industry-specific investments and cross-border M&A, but I have a particular interest in assisting clients with equity capital markets transactions.
