About Me

I am an associate in our Düsseldorf office and a member of the Intellectual Property team. I advise our domestic and international clients on all matters of patent and utility model law, with a special focus on patent infringement proceedings.

My advice covers all technical areas of patents and utility models, and I have particular experience in biotechnology, chemical technology and mechanics. I regularly advise our clients in national and cross-border patent infringement proceedings.

I was born and grew up in China. After studying the German language and German literature in Beijing and Göttingen, I studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Konstanz. After my first state exam, I completed my legal internship in Berlin and Luxembourg (European Court of Justice).

After my second state exam, I completed my doctorate at the University of Freiburg. At the same time, I worked as a legal assistant in the field of patent litigation at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main. Since my admission to the bar in 2020 I have been working at our firm.
