I am a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2015.

I specialise in commercial, civil and capital market law. I have experience in bankruptcy and restructuring law, as well as financial law. I have advised clients in complex multithreaded capital and debt transactions, including transactions on the public market, and in structured finance and mezzanine transactions.

I have participated in numerous M&A transactions, including public market transactions and capital market projects. I also have experience in finance projects, including projects involving debt financing through bonds or loans, and structured and mezzanine transactions.

I prepare transaction structures and documentation, including investment agreements, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, business purchase agreements, debt financing agreements, including loan agreements, bond issue documentation, security documents and capital market transaction documents. I provide clients with ongoing corporate services and conduct legal due diligence.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I developed my professional experience in several Polish and international law firms and in a legal department of a Polish development institution where I handled capital and debt finance transaction.
