Victoria Boylett

As an associate in our London Sports Group, I advise national and international sports governing bodies on a wide range of regulatory issues.

My experience includes guiding clients through complex matters related to eligibility, anti-doping, and safeguarding, as well as representing them in disciplinary proceedings. I have also been involved in several comprehensive reviews of rules and regulations for governing bodies, helping to ensure they are robust and fit for purpose.

I trained here at Bird & Bird and qualified into the sports team in 2024. During my training, I was seconded to a national sports governing body, which provided me with invaluable insight into the operational, commercial, and regulatory realities our clients face.

In addition to my core practice, I am an active member of our firm's women's sports team, demonstrating my commitment to promoting and supporting female athletes and organisations.
