About Me

As a lawyer in our Düsseldorf office, specialising in public commercial law, I advise both the public and private sectors, particularly in public procurement law proceedings and the associated issues.

In this regard, I especially focus on public procurement procedures and contract law issues, both before and after the conclusion of a public procurement procedure. I not only assist in the drafting of contracts, but also advise on how to deal with performance disruptions and contract modifications after a contract has been concluded. I advise clients from a wide range of sectors, including IT, healthcare, defence and security, and transport, taking into account the specific requirements of each sector. On a regularly basis, I also examine broader issues of public law and public commercial law.

During my studies at Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf, I specialised in public law and dealt with issues of public commercial law.

In order to deepen my knowledge of public commercial law, I spent my legal traineeship at a large, renowned law firm in the field of public procurement law. It was there that I came into contact with public procurement law and was able to gain experience in this area.
