About Me

I am a partner in our Finance & Financial Regulation team, based in Sydney.

I specialise in corporate finance, project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance, both in domestic and cross border transactions. I have a very broad range of experience in these disciplines, acting for both lenders and sponsors.

I have acted on many high-profile financings in a broad range of sectors, including renewables, oil and gas, healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, media and gaming. Within project finance, I have particular expertise in the financing of renewable energy projects, having advised on a number of development financings in the sector.

I act for project sponsors and developers, major corporates, banks and non-bank financial institutions. I also have significant international finance experience, having worked for leading law firms in London.

I am admitted to practise in both Australia and England & Wales, and regularly advise on the Australian aspects of global financing structures.
