Tilda Hylander

I am an associate in our Finance & Financial regulations group, and I advise both finance providers and borrowers in various matters, as well as assisting companies that are seeking Venture Capital.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird I worked as an associate at an international law firm in Stockholm, where I provided legal advice on American and Swedish tax law. While I was studying law at Stockholm University, I worked at two different law firms and completed an internship at the EU-unit at the Department of Justice where I was primarily working with the ongoing EU court cases and Sweden's potential involvement in such court cases.

My experience of working in an international environment has given me a deep experience and insight on working with legal matters in an international context and the importance of being sensitive to each client's needs.
