Thomas Magosch

As a member of our international Technology & Communications sector group, I advise on the contractual and data protection challenges of new technologies and digitalization.

My main focus is on the IT/Commercial sector and I assist national and international clients in particular with regard to technology-related contracts and projects (e.g., distribution and development of software, software as a service, e-commerce).

Another focus of my work is data protection law. Here, I advise in particular on the data protection-compliant drafting of contracts and data-driven business models, as well as on other issues of data protection compliance.
