Thomas Davies

I am an associate in our international Corporate Group in London. I advise clients on a range of corporate transactions, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments.

I work with clients across a number of Bird & Bird's key sectors, including Technology & Communications, Energy & Utilities, and Media, Entertainment and Sports. Much of my work is cross-border in nature, utilising the firm's international network and involving collaboration with overseas counsel and specialists.

I qualified as a solicitor in August 2022, having trained at the firm and worked in our corporate, finance and dispute resolution groups. As a trainee, I was also seconded to a global investment bank. I am part of the firm's legal tech focus group and have a keen interest in how technology is re-shaping the legal industry.
