About Me
As associate of our firm's international corporate and M&A practice, I advise our national as well as international clients on transactional and non-transactional corporate law.
My area of practice is corporate law with a sectoral focus on technology and innovation. I advise national and international corporations and strategic investors particularly on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructuring as well as VC investments.After my studies in business administration and law, I worked in academia as a graduate research associate. I joined Bird & Bird after completing my legal traineeship, in which I gained experience in the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and in the Cologne office of another major international law firm.
Being of Korean descent, I have developed a thorough understanding of the far-eastern cultures, which helps me advise our Japanese and Korean clients.
