About Me

As an associate in our International HR Services Group in Paris, I advise our clients on individual and collective employment law issues, as well as on litigation matters.

I advise and assist French and international companies with their day-to-day employment law issues, both on individual employment law aspects (employment contracts, working hours, and remuneration issues, termination of employment contracts) and collective aspects (professional elections, negotiation of company collective agreements, consultation/information of the works council), with a view to finding the solutions best suited to their specific situation/needs and by incorporating a pragmatic approach.

I also represent clients before French courts in employment-related litigations.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2023, I practised for two and a half years in an internationally oriented law firm. This experience gave me a better understanding of the day-to-day legal issues faced by international companies employing staff in France, as well as the different cultures and approaches involved.
