Sarah Di Martino

I am a lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial department at Bird & Bird in Milan. I assist Italian and international clients in corporate and commercial law issues, providing efficient and complete legal assistance.

During my career, I had the opportunity to interface with national and international clients operating in different business sectors, which has opened up the chance to enlarge my understanding of the legal complexities and transactional challenges linked to developing and retaining a successful business.

My focus areas are transnational contract law and ESG compliance.
