About Me

As an associate in our regulatory and administrative team in Munich and a member of the international Energy and Utilities Sector Group, I advise private companies and the public sector in the diversity of public commercial law, with a focus on public procurement law.

I advise national and international clients on current political and regulatory challenges. The focus of my advice is on the relevant legal areas of regulatory, energy and public procurement law. In the area of public procurement law, I advise public sector customers and private companies in large-volume tender procedures for the procurement of complex IT services. The interface of my work in energy and public procurement law is the sectoral procurement. There, I support and advise our clients in concession and contract law matters.

Before joining the firm, I completed my legal traineeship in Munich and Ingolstadt. During this time I worked for an international law firm. I obtained experience in the field of public commercial law there. A special focus of my interests is federal security law concerning the BSI and its tasks, competences and cooperations on an international level and with the German Federal States.
