Sara Calamitosi

I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Milan office and I have expertise in the areas of international business and corporate law.

I assist clients in both domestic and multi-national operations in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, sales and distribution contracts, corporate governance, general business planning, entity formation and maintenance, and other corporate matters. I have practiced in the USA and Italy, in the areas of international corporate law. My experience also includes advising Italian companies in the establishment of operations in the United States.
