Saoirse McGrath

I am an associate in our international Corporate practice in London.

I advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructuring and general corporate governance and commercial advisory matters.

Before joining Bird & Bird in November 2023, I trained as a solicitor and qualified into the Corporate team of a Tier 1 Irish firm. During this time, I advised a wide range of domestic and international corporations and financial institutions on various corporate matters relating to their Irish and international operations.

I now work across a number of Bird & Bird's key sectors including Aviation, Media, Entertainment and Sport, Financial Services and Energy.

By working collaboratively with business stakeholders and specialist colleagues within Bird & Bird to deliver advice to companies at all stages during their life cycle, I have been able to build long-term client relationships and expand on my sector knowledge to create value in my practice.
