Within our Dispute Resolution practice, I specialise in advising clients in civil law matters, with both national and international aspects, including contractual disputes and liability issues.

I have acquired legal experience regarding insolvency, corporate and civil law from working at a major Dutch law firm within the Insolvency & Restructuring team. During this period, I worked on several civil law matters, with both national and international aspects, including bankruptcies, liquidations, contractual disputes, (director) liability issues and corporate advice.

This variety of experience enables me to advise in all relevant aspects of the legal landscape concerning civil law matters.
