I advise clients when they are in distress. From boardroom to courtroom, I help guide my clients on how to navigate through complex and special situations.
My practice is focussed on special situations, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency, distressed financing and mergers and acquisitions. I advise a range of corporate clients, directors, shareholders, funds, and insolvency professionals on various aspects of a transaction. My experience further covers a range of sectors including logistics, real estate, and digital assets.
Separately, I also advise and work closely with small and medium enterprises on various aspects of their business, including advising on regulatory issues, business contracts, corporate governance, fundraising and representation in contentious matters.
In the traditions of the Bar, I believe in passing on knowledge to the next generation of lawyers, and I spend some of my time outside practice as an adjunct faculty member at Singapore Management University, conducting classes on the Law and Finance of Corporate Transactions, Restructuring & Insolvency. I also contribute to thought leadership and have published articles on restructuring and insolvency.
In recent years, I have been recognised by various directories and organisations. I am a member of the Future Leaders of INSOL (INSOL International) and was a finalist as a Rising Star in the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2025.
I am a member of the Law Society's Insolvency Practitioners Committee and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore's Young Insolvency Practitioners Committee.
