As a lawyer with our Employment Practice Group based in Singapore, I specialise in providing expert legal advice and representation for a wide range of HR-related issues. I am dedicated to helping our clients navigate the complex landscape of global employment laws and regulations, ensuring that they remain compliant and protected at all times.

Being part of Bird & Bird's International Employment Law team based in Singapore, I advise and co-ordinate advice relating to a wide range of employment related matters at domestic and cross border levels.

These employment matters include, but are not limited to, termination of employment, management of employee performance issues, retrenchment and severance exercises, HR policies and processes, statutory welfare and benefits, industrial relations, disciplinary proceedings, wrongful dismissals, wrongdoing investigations, enforcement of restrictive covenants.

My background in dispute resolution and corporate advisory work, where I have advised both corporations and individuals, has allowed me to understand the complex regulatory landscapes that corporations operate in and has given me the ability to provide effective and targeted legal advice across the full spectrum of contentious and advisory or transactional employment matters from a broad and balanced perspective.
