I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property team in Singapore, and I have been involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and domain name matters.

My primary areas of practice are brand management and general intellectual property advisory work. I have worked on matters such as the day-to-day management of global and regional trademark portfolios, conducting trade mark clearance searches, intellectual property ownership restructuring projects, and devising strategies for clients to obtain intellectual property protection around the world. I also have experience in coordinating and advising on multi-jurisdictional intellectual property enforcement matters, such as trade mark opposition and infringement.

On the regulatory front, I have also advised clients on applicable advertising, labelling, consumer protection, and licensing regulations in Singapore. This enables clients to launch their products in Singapore efficiently, minimising any potential regulatory roadblocks or issues.

My clients are in diverse industries, ranging from cryptocurrency, blockchain, food and beverage, gaming, cosmetics, travel and education.
