About Me
I am an associate with a key focus on intellectual property law both in the context of commercial transactions and in litigation matters. I also provide legal advice to tech start-ups, scale-ups and large companies alike in M&A transactions with investors and in other transactions in the fundraising process.
As a lawyer, my focus is not only to provide the client with an efficient legal solution to a problem but also to provide one that is commercially and practically feasible. As a big fan of cutting edge technology, I always enjoy dealing with issues that are both legally and technologically exciting.My key focus are copyright, trademark and unfair competition related matters, but I also have experience in patent litigation. My intellectual property law expertise is complemented by my previous experience as a group in-house counsel, where I had helped to create the first 'unicorn' company in the Czech market in the context of several fundraising rounds and an international corporate restructuring.
