Nadine McMahon

I am a senior associate in our corporate team, based in Dublin. I specialise in transactional corporate work for clients, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private investments, venture capital and general company law advice.

I have extensive experience acting for domestic and international clients across a broad range of sectors with a particular focus on technology, energy, financial services and health and wellbeing.

I represent companies and investors through the full corporate life cycle, advising them on establishment, fundraising, growth and exit.

I trained and qualified onto the corporate team of a top tier international law firm based in London, where I practiced for a number of years before returning home to Ireland. I also have experience working in-house as part of the M&A team of a global insurance broker and as part of the legal team at EirGrid, where my work was focused on offshore wind projects.

I find great inspiration in the work that my clients do and I am always delighted to work with people seeking to change our world for the better!

As a business adviser, my focus is always to deliver solutions which are tailored to the commercial objectives at hand. I work and live intentionally and I really enjoy finding alignment with clients and colleagues so that we can achieve our goals together.
