I am an Associate in our International HR Services Group in Sydney, where I advise on the full spectrum of employment and industrial law issues.
I have experience in a diverse range of matters pertaining to employment and industrial law across the lifetime of employment relationships, including drafting employment contracts and policies, transfer of employment, work health and safety, award coverage, managing poor performance and long term illness issues, discrimination, bullying and harassment, redundancy and termination of employment. I also have experience defending and negotiating the settlement of litigation across a range of matters including unfair dismissal, victimisation, discrimination, adverse action, underpayments and restraints of trade, in various jurisdictions.
