Monique Dhiri

I am an associate in our Corporate Group, based in London. I advise clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), equity capital markets, joint ventures, private equity, and general company law advice.

I have extensive experience advising clients across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on technology, retail and consumer, financial services, healthcare and life sciences. The clients which I have acted for include FTSE 100 and AIM listed companies, multinationals, investment managers and private equity houses.

My practice centres on complex corporate transactions, where I have successfully executed numerous cross-border public and private M&A deals, joint ventures and equity financings. I was also seconded to the legal team of a leading British retailer, gaining valuable insight into client expectations and effective delivery by external counsel.

With significant experience living and working in London and Sydney, I have advised clients across Europe and Australia. This unique international exposure has strengthened my ability to navigate cross-border legal issues and tailor strategic advice to clients operating in different regulatory environments.

I enjoy tackling complex issues and collaborating closely with clients to support their success, offering commercial and pragmatic advice with a proactive approach to driving transactions forward.
