About Me

I am a counsel in the Real Estate team in Warsaw. I advise Polish and international clients and specialise in real estate transactions.

I have been advising Polish and international clients since 2009, and specialise in real estate transactions. I have conducted due diligence examinations of real properties and assisted clients with transactions involving the purchase or sale of real estate projects, commercialising office buildings and commercial centres, and negotiating lease agreements. I also assisted during various legal stages of the development process.

I have extensive expertise in real property transactions. I prepared and negotiated tenancy agreements and leases for new and existing buildings.

I support clients with commercial law and M&A transactions, and advise during transformations, mergers and other types of companies' reorganizations. I have negotiated investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, transactional and financial documentation, and collaterals.

From 2012 until 2017, I worked for one of the biggest international law firms in Poland, where I was a member of German Desk.

From 2005 until 2012, I worked for a prestigious international law firm in Poland specializing in M&A transactions and for a Polish M&A boutique law office.
