I work as a junior associate in the Employment Practice at Bird & Bird.

I have been advising clients since 2021. I specialize in providing day-to-day legal support to businesses in the area of HR-related regulations, including the Labour Code, collective labour relations law, social security law and labour litigation.

I advise businesses on hiring and dismissing employees, conducting investigations, and implementing internal regulations and policies, including payroll and bonus scheme regulations. In addition, I support entrepreneurs at all stages of labour disputes. My particular areas of interest are compliance, whistle-blowing and employer branding.

I have experience in delivering training sessions for employers on a wide range of topics related to labour law, and have co-authored numerous publications in this field.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience working for leading Polish law firms.
