Ludovica Molinario

I am an associate in HR Services Group in Rome, advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

I provide assistance in various labour law issues, including ordinary management of employment relationships, individual and collective dismissal procedures, disciplinary proceedings, settlement agreements, issues relating to autonomous and para-subordinate employment relationships. My activity is also focused on the management of litigation in front of the Labour Courts, in which companies could be involved because of employee's claims.

Before joining Bird & Bird in May 2019 I collaborated with an Italian firm specialized in the labour law field.

I have been collaborating as an assistant professor with the Department of Business and Management of Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome since 2018.

I graduated in law cum laude in 2014 with a thesis in employment law and industrial relations at Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome.

I was admitted to the Rome Bar from 2017.
