Katariina Leino

I am an associate in our Corporate group in Helsinki, where I advise domestic and international clients on matters relating to M&A, finance and general corporate law.

I joined Bird & Bird in spring 2021 after graduating from the University of Helsinki. During my studies I worked as a trainee in another large international law firm as well as in a few Finnish law firms.

I enjoy working in a challenging environment with a problem-solving mindset. I would describe myself as being efficient yet paying attention to detail at the same time.
