Karolina Ponikowska

I am a junior associate in the Corporate and M&A team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2018 and specialise in commercial and civil law. I have experience in conducting legal due diligence audits with a particular focus on corporate matters and commercial contracts. I also have experience in drafting transaction documents and providing day-to-day corporate assistance to businesses.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience at a Polish law firm offering advisory services in many areas of the law and in the corporate and M&A practice of an international law firm. I also worked at a pharmaceutical company, where I was a member of a team conducting legal analyses of Polish and EU legislative processes. During my professional career, I have also acquired experience in EU, environmental and pharmaceutical law.
