I am a senior associate in our Commercial Group in Stockholm and Tech & Communications team, specialising in IT-related and contractual law primarily within the firm's Tech Transactions practice.

I have significant experience in drafting and negotiating key IT and technology agreements, as well as related commercial contracts, including software licence, SaaS, cloud services, purchase, consultancy, outsourcing, and service level agreements.

I also regularly advise clients on the strategic aspects of complex IT and technology transactions, as well as broader issues relating to information security and data protection.
