Justyna Walendziak

I am a junior associate in Bird & Bird's Corporate and M&A practice.

I have been advising clients since 2019, specialising in corporate and M&A matters. I have participated in numerous commercial transactions, including sale of assets, businesses, and their organised parts, both on the buy-side and on the sell-side. I have experience in due diligence investigations, including corporate and commercial audits, and in preparing transaction and post-transaction documents.

I have extensive experience in establishing, transforming and liquidating businesses and providing businesses with ongoing corporate advisory support. I prepare documents for meetings of companies' governing bodies, including documents required for changing Management and Supervisory Board structures, approving financial documents and completing registration filings. As an advisor and attorney, I participated in numerous Shareholders' Meetings. I have represented clients from various sectors, including in particular retail, consumer and food industries, in negotiating key commercial and financial contracts.

Before joining Bird & Bird, while working for an international law firm, I advised both Polish and international businesses.
