About Me
I am an associate in the Corporate and M&A practice.
I have been advising clients since 2017, and specialise in commercial and civil law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.I have participated in transactions involving both Polish and foreign companies operating in the FMCG, renewable energy, pharmaceutical and IT sectors.
During my professional career, I have assisted companies in their day-to-day operations and have experience in incorporations, mergers and divisions of companies. I have participated in numerous due diligence processes, and prepared transaction documents and transaction structures.
Before joining our firm, I gained professional experience in prestigious international law firms.
