About Me

I am an associate in the Regulatory, Public & Administrative Law department in Brussels. My practice covers regulatory matters with a particular focus on food law.

My current position at Bird & Bird includes the provision of legal advice on regulatory issues. My work involves advising clients on regulatory law in the food and beverage field, from general food law and labelling requirements to highly regulated forms of food products.

My area of expertise covers issues relating to the food industry, in the legal areas associated with the production, distribution and marketing of food, including origin, composition, traceability, advertising, nutritional or health claims, labelling, consumer protection, food quality and safety. More broadly, my practice covers all areas of food law, both at national and EU level.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I completed my bachelor's degree in law at the University Saint-Louis in Brussels and my master's degree in law at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve. While pursuing my master's degree, I spent a semester at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil. I also gained valuable experience through internships, including at the NAT Commission of the European Committee of the Regions.
