Julia Belina

I am a junior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice.

I have been advising clients since 2019, specialising in commercial, business and civil law, with a special focus on corporate law.

I participate in local and international share purchase transactions, transactions involving sale of businesses and their organised parts, both on behalf of buyers and sellers. I participate in due diligence projects, including legal analysis of corporate matters and commercial contracts. I have experience in drawing up transactional documents and handling post-transaction activities.

I provide day-to-day corporate assistance to businesses, prepare documents for meetings of corporate bodies and advise on establishing, reorganising and liquidation of companies. I support clients in reorganising their businesses, including compliance with filing requirements.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience working at a Warsaw law firm and in a legal department of an international automotive corporation.
