I'm a partner in our London office, specialising in real estate and hotel finance, both in the UK and internationally. I have extensive experience of advising lenders and borrowers in relation to a broad range of real estate assets on senior debt, mezzanine debt and preferential equity transactions.

I regularly work with a broad range of lenders, including domestic and international banks, debt funds, insurers and family offices and advise a number of major property and hotel groups, both on transactions and on key strategic projects.

I am particularly well known in the leisure and hospitality industry and have over 20 years' experience working with clients in this field. I have extensive knowledge of hotel operating agreements and non-disturbance agreements. I regularly speak at and chair industry conferences and events on key issues affecting the sector.
