I am an associate in Bird & Bird's International HR Services Group, with a proven track record of providing high-quality advice and support in the most professional manner possible. I have particular expertise in UK and Global immigration law, as well as public law matters.

My diverse immigration practice covers the full range of corporate and private immigration matters, including work permit applications and all other UK and Global immigration permissions sought by foreign national migrants. This includes Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Temporary Work (in all categories) under the Points Based System, Global Talent, Spouse visas, and other related applications. I constantly advise corporate clients on sponsor licence applications, the maintenance of sponsor license and ongoing employer compliance including corporate re‐structures, mergers and acquisitions, and the TUPE transfer of migrants. If the work had "immigration" or "visa" on it I can handle it. For many years, I have been finding and innovating solutions to immigration challenges faced by my clients.

I also provide training to clients on immigration matters and best practices for adhering to immigration rules and procedures.

I have experience advising and assisting clients, across industries worldwide, on both domestic and international global mobility matters.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked as an associate at another international law firm in London.
