Henry Sealy

I am an associate based in our London office, with experience of advising clients across the media, entertainment and sport sectors.

My experience includes acting for governing bodies, event organisers, teams/clubs, rights holders and agents across a range of sports, including football, cricket, rugby, motorsports, horse racing and gaming/esports.

I also work with our gambling and media clients to provide advice on regulatory compliance, advertising/marketing, and other commercial arrangements.

As a trainee solicitor, I was seconded to a Premier League football club where I worked on a broad range of commercial matters including partnership, sponsorship and licensing agreements, as well as assisting with regulatory matters.

I qualified as a solicitor in August 2025, having trained with Bird & Bird.
