About Me

I am an associate in our International HR Services Group based in London, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

I have advised international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, conducting multi-jurisdictional advice projects, litigating in the Employment Tribunal, and advising on day-to-day HR matters. This work often involves negotiating, coordinating and drafting complex service agreements, settlement agreements, and internal company policies.

I enjoy tailoring employment law advice to clients across a variety of sectors, each of them constantly changing and being impacted by socioeconomic and political shifts. For example, I have recently worked closely with clients in sectors impacted by industrial strike-action, changes to hybrid working policies, and an increase in restructuring and retraining initiatives in the wake of technological advances.
