I'm an associate in our international Corporate group in Denmark, advising both national and global organisations and start-ups within M&A and corporate law.

As a part of the Danish corporate M&A team, I advise our diverse client base - ranging from local Danish and Nordic start-ups to multinational listed companies - on all aspects of the M&A transaction flow and on all corporate matters.

This includes advising on the establishment of companies and changes of corporate structures, management and ownership matters, restructurings, as well as general corporate governance, incentive programs, share and business transfers, investments, W&I insurance (also acting as underwriter), due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and project planning, management and strategic considerations of all phases of a transaction.
