I am an associate in Bird & Bird's London office, working across the Retail & Consumer and Tech Transactions Groups.

On the Retail side, I support both our domestic and international clients' businesses on a number of commercial arrangements including franchising, distribution and licensing.

On the Consumer side, I advise our clients on B2B and B2C multi-jurisdictional arrangements which involves drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements and ensuring compliance with applicable consumer legislations.

On the Technology side, I specialise in retail technology. As technology becomes increasingly disruptive in the retail industry, it's important that businesses are protected in terms of their software licensing arrangements and technology-based solutions, so that a seamless experience is delivered to the consumer whether they are shopping in-store or online.
