Dr. Jan Lundberg

As an associate in our Munich office, I advise private companies and the public sector in the diversity of public commercial law, with a focus on regulatory, energy and public procurement law.

As a member of the international energy and utilities sector group, I advise and support national and international clients on all political and regulatory challenges of our time.

Throughout my law studies in Göttingen and Bristol, I was particularly interested in public law. During my doctoral thesis on the topic of 'Der Fußball als Teil des Grundversorgungs- und Funktionsauftrags des öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunks' as well as during my subsequent legal traineeship, I was able to obtain valuable experience in my field of interest.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a lawyer in a renowned German law firm in the field of construction and public procurement law.
