Dr. Gregor Jentsch

As an associate in our Hamburg office, I advise on project finance, joint ventures and other strategic combinations in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector.

My focus is on national and international project finance transactions with a clear sector focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

I completed my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Rostock with stations in international law firms in the area of corporate/M&A transactions with a focus on renewable energies as well as in the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. I also received my PhD in the field of sports law with a focus on international antitrust law.

Prior to joining our firm, I worked as a lawyer in an international law firm advising on M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector.
